current stage of social intervencion has changed. The inauguration of the new federal government at the end of 2015 introduced a series of reforms that materialize the neo liberal and neo-conservative advance in Argentina (Alayon, 2016); Putting in dispute the extension of human rights reached in the Kirchnerist cycle of government. This situation has deepened, among others, the division between the declaration of social interventions in the framework of human rights and those that are in fact subordinated to the dominant institutional social order that was maintained and kept outside the interpellations made by the anti-opressive (Agüero, Martinez, 2014) and anti-colonial (Hermida, Meschini, 2015) Social Work frameworks. Is it possible, at this stage, to continue to support the ethical and political position that the national and federal social work law promulgates? How is it possible to sustain this position in the institutions in front of a governmental discourse that is instituting human rights? What are the devices that contribute to the development of social interventions with a human rights approach? As part of the answers to some of these questions, it is proposed that social interventions be supervised from a critical thinking standpoint and that an integral analysis device be implemented, which would constitute that constitutes an indispensable basis for understanding the problematic field of Social Work (Rozas Pagaza, 2001).
