This paper attempts to review various writings (books, newspaper reports, magazine articles) addressing the relationship between human rights policies, human rights organizations and Kirchner. To do this we will see the existence of a series of speeches that support the hypothesis of imposture, mainly government of Nestor Kirchner, regarding their commitment to the cause of human rights in Argentina. Another speech that tries to refute the previous affirms the existence of original kirchnerismo to claim the struggle for memory and human rights which we call the pursuit of pure origin of kirchnerismo. Finally, we rehearse a third way of thinking be markedly distancing joint that both one and the other; of the first to denounce the multiplicity and masks, the latter in his attempt to prove that in reality behind these alleged face masks had always been the same. What each other forget is that the secret behind things is that they are unscented, or that essence was built piece by piece from figures were strange.
